The second edition of C’era Una Volta hosted 33 winemakers from Italy, France, Austria, Germany and Spain.
Alongside them, there were food and farm stands, craft beer and vermouth producers. Vertical tastings with Gian Marco Antonuzi from Le Coste and Yann Durieux from Recrue des Sense, informal discussions with Gaetano Saccoccio, two convivial dinners with Chiara Pavan and Francesco Brutto from Ristorante Venissa (Venice) and Sarah Cicolini from Santo Palato (Rome).
